  • ALL UK ORDERS TAKE APPROX. 3-5 WORKING DAYS.
  • ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TAKE APPROX. 5-7 WORKING DAYS BUT PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 14 WORKING DAYS. 
  • ALL ORDERS ARE SENT USING A TRACKED & SIGNED DELIVERY SERVICE.
  • SOMEONE WILL NEED TO BE IN TO ACCEPT YOUR DELIVERY. IF THERE IS NO-ONE IN TO SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY, A CARD WILL BE LEFT WHERE YOU CAN ARRANGE RE-DELIVERY OR TO COLLECT FROM THE DEPOT.
  • WE RECOMMEND USING YOUR WORK ADDRESS OR AN ADDRESS WHERE SOMEONE WILL BE AT HOME TO SIGN FOR YOUR PACKAGE.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

  • ONCE A PRE-ORDER IS MADE IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR MODIFIED PRIOR TO DISPATCH OF THE GOODS. PRE-ORDERED GARMENTS ARE PUT INTO PRODUCTION AS SOON AS THEY ARE ORDERED. 
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR REFUND ON PRE-ORDERED ITEMS.

IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT YOU RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM PLEASE DO CONTACT US VIA THE CONTACT FORM WITH YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER, ITEM(S) THAT ARE FAULTY AND WE CAN ADVISE YOU ON THE NEXT STEPS TO RECEIVING A NEW ITEM.

  • IN THE EVENT YOUR ITEM DOES NOT FIT YOU YOU CAN EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM FOR ANOTHER SIZE ONLY IN THE SAME STYLE ORDERED.

  • PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE SHIPMENT DATE (14 DAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS) VIA THE CONTACT FORM WITH YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER, ITEM(S) THAT DO NOT FIT.

  • GENERALLY EXCHANGES TAKE 7 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS PLUS THE DELIVERY TIME TO YOUR AREA.

  • WE DO NOT COVER YOUR SHIPPING COSTS BACK TO US.

  • WE ADVISE USING A POSTAGE SERVICE THAT IS FULLY TRACEABLE AND INSURED; WITHOUT THIS TYPE OF POSTAL SERVICE THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL RECEIVE YOUR RETURNED ITEM.
